1. General Information

Because our products are perishable food items, specific regulations and exceptions apply. Please review the following terms to understand your rights and our obligations regarding refunds and returns.

 

 

2. Perishable Food Policy

All meals and products sold by Prep & Prosper are freshly made to order and classified as perishable goods. Under UK Consumer Law and for health and safety reasons, perishable items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

 

 

 

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Order Cancellation Window:
    You may request a cancellation or modification to your order up to 72 hours before your scheduled delivery date. To cancel or amend your order, please contact our customer service team at info@prepandprosper.uk or via our website contact form.

  • Late Cancellations:
    Cancellations requested within 48 hours of your delivery date cannot be processed or refunded, as your meals will already be in preparation.

 

 

 

4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or contains the wrong items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence, if applicable

We will investigate your claim and, if verified, will offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement of the affected item(s)

  • A partial or full refund to your original payment method

  • Store credit for future purchases

 

 

 

5. Refunds

  • Eligibility:
    Refunds are only available for orders that meet the criteria outlined in sections 3 and 4.

  • Processing:
    Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Non-Refundable Circumstances:

    • Change of mind after the cancellation window

    • Failure to notify us within 24 hours of a problem with your delivery

    • Uncollected deliveries (if delivery was attempted and customer was unavailable)

 

 

 

6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient lists and inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to placing an order. Prep & Prosper will not be able to offer refunds for adverse reactions to ingredients properly disclosed on our website and packaging.

 

 

 

7. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address:
    Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We cannot offer refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Missed Deliveries:
    If you are unavailable to receive your delivery at the scheduled time, our team will make reasonable efforts to contact you. Uncollected orders will not be refunded due to the perishable nature of our products.
